For finance teams running AI agents

Can you show your auditor every payment an agent made, and who answered for it?

Agents are starting to approve invoices, change supplier records and schedule payments. Most finance teams can see a log of what an agent did. Few can show an auditor that every agent payment was either approved under a known rule or caught, who was accountable, and whether that person could actually have stopped it.

Review before rollout

Before an agent goes live, we audit it independently on test or shadow data against six criteria, including whether it stays in scope, uses only the tools it is allowed, and escalates when it should. You get a short written report and a walk-through with your team. Fixed fee, agreed before we start.

The accountability record

A record of every consequential agent decision, kept independently of the agent and its supplier. Decisions that need a person go to the accountable person in Microsoft Teams, with a clear note when that person cannot act and who can. Each day the record is checked against the payment run, so any agent payment without a decision record is raised. For any period, the controller can export an Auditor Pack.

We are looking for two finance teams to pilot it.
